Yes, I’ll share my background and the path that led me here, but the heart of this work is what unfolds when we come together. Your desires, your alignment, your clarity, your expansion—that’s the story we’re truly telling. Think of this as an invitation into what’s possible when you have support, structure, and someone in your corner who sees your potential long before you fully do.
Hi, I’m Emily. It’s terrific to meet you!

Hi, I’m Emily. It’s terrific to meet you!
I love being in community with the intention of affecting positive change. Over the past 30 years, I've had the privilege of working with an extraordinary range of people: in classrooms and counseling offices, hospitals and boardrooms, churches and prisons, on conference stages, and hockey rinks.
On paper, my credentials and experiences couldn't look more different:
I earned my teaching certificate and B.A. in psychology from Wheaton College, and an M.Ed. in counseling from Plymouth State.
In my roaring twenties, I taught around the world, from Alaska to Istanbul, the U.S. Virgin Islands to the Czech Republic.
I've spoken on a TEDx stage, taught Psychology as adjunct faculty, and presented to healthcare teams at Dartmouth Hitchcock Hospital, advertising executives at iHeartMedia, C-suite banking leaders, and Wounded Warrior veterans.
For more than a decade, I volunteered inside a men's prison facilitating Alternatives to Violence workshops. (It was a perfect blend of anger management, group therapy, and summer camp!)
Today, I continue to serve on leadership teams at Tony Robbins events around the world, helping create transformational experiences for thousands of participants.
Those environments taught me the exact same thing: People are people.
Beneath the titles, accomplishments, personalities, and life circumstances, we all want the same things. We want to feel seen, heard, respected, valued, and understood. We want to know we matter.

Everything I teach can be traced back to one simple belief:
The life you're living is a reflection of the choices you're making.
Not because we control every circumstance, but because our thoughts, emotions, relationships, habits, and daily decisions quietly shape the lives we experience. That's why I don't teach quick fixes. I help people move from living by default to living by design.
My work is entirely guided by three core values:
Love & Connection, Service, and Fun.
When you get crystal clear on your own core values, the noise of the world completely quiets down. Second-guessing disappears, decisions become lighter, and confidence becomes your default. Clarity makes life so much lighter.
My superpower? I can hold your hand and kick your ass at the same time.
Behind every opportunity I’ve been trusted with are embarrassing mistakes, failed launches, and seasons of deep self-doubt.
I spent 18 months building a digital course only to sell two copies (one to a college friend, and one to an aunt who felt bad for me). My friend’s cat sprayed and ruined thousands of dollars of inventory two days before a launch party. I had massive corporate contracts vanish into thin air, and I even had my segment cut from a Matthew McConaughey program (not alright, alright, alright).
At the time, those experiences felt heartbreaking. Today, I am profoundly grateful for them. They stripped away my perfectionism, deepened my compassion, and taught me lessons success never could.
I wrote Epic Fails & Painful Lessons—a collection of true stories about the moments I got it spectacularly wrong, what they taught me about resilience, and why there is no such thing as failure, only feedback.
